Seven lawyers are now working for legal-aid organizations in Ohio to help homeless and low-income veterans with their legal problems.
Called the Ohio Veteran Legal Corps, its member lawyers are two-year fellows who focus on civil issues, such as access to federal benefits and representing veterans in eviction proceedings.
